How LumexFit actually works

Point a camera at your full body. The coach tracks your pose in the browser, counts reps, corrects form in real time, and finishes with a session report — workout video stays on your device.

1. 01Set the cameraPlace your phone or webcam so your whole body is in frame. No app to install — it runs in the browser.
2. 02Pose stays on-deviceA live skeleton overlay reads your joints. Frames are processed locally; the workout video is not uploaded.
3. 03Reps and form cuesThe coach counts reps, flags missed range, and prompts corrections while you move through the set.
4. 04Finish with a reportEach session ends with a summary you can review. The plan can then adapt to how you actually trained.
