LumexFit processes account data (email, profile, consents), session summaries, and coaching telemetry needed to run the product. Pose landmark processing for live coaching runs in your browser; we do not upload raw workout video for form analysis. Optional cloud voice synthesis and program APIs send text or audio requests when you enable those features. Payment processors receive only what is required to complete checkout. You can request data export or account deletion from Settings (subject to legal hold). Contact: support@lumexfit.ir.
