All four use AI to build workout plans, but only some check your form with the camera while you train. This comparison is based on each service's own website as of October 25, 2026.
In LumexFit, body keypoints are processed in your own browser, inside a Web Worker. Your workout video is not uploaded for form analysis. The coach counts reps, flags partial range of motion, gives voice and on-screen skeleton cues, and ends with a session report. Live coaching works only on exercises with the “Live form coach” badge.

According to its website, Tvarx is an Android app with AI workout plans, an exercise video library, progress charts and a rest timer. The same site says it analyses form by detecting joints with the phone camera, and it offers a 6-day free trial with no card. Their site does not say whether video is processed on the phone or on a server. If you want an installed Android app with a full video library, Tvarx is a serious option.
FORGE (forgefit.ir) was unreachable on the day we checked, so we could not verify its claims on its own site. Public listings describe AI workout and nutrition plans and an Android app. Please check their site before deciding.
According to its website, Mogym builds AI workout plans for home or gym, plus nutrition plans. You can preview a plan before buying, and their site says plans can be adjusted. Its web app installs on iOS, Android and Windows. If you want a nutrition plan alongside your training, Mogym bundles both. We saw no mention of camera form checking on their site.
